Refund policy

At Arborcrafted, we take immense pride in the quality of our product, whether you choose a Single, Double, or Triple pack. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

1. Returns Due to Quality Problems (Our Responsibility)

 

If the product you receive (Single, Double, or Triple) suffers from a quality problem, is damaged, or is defective (e.g., due to manufacturing fault or shipping damage), we will take full responsibility.

In this instance, you will receive a full refund or an exchange. Arborcrafted will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

Process: Please contact us immediately at admin@arborcrafted.com and provide us with:

  • Your order number.

  • A detailed description of the quality issue.

  • Photographic or video evidence clearly showing the defect or damage.

Upon review and confirmation, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

 

2. Returns for Other Reasons (Customer Responsibility)

 

If you wish to return an item for any reason not related to product quality (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed, general dissatisfaction, or any other reason not based on a defect), we are happy to process a refund.

In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will issue a refund for the product price only.

Process: Please contact us at admin@arborcrafted.com to initiate the return within the 14-day window. You are responsible for selecting the shipping carrier and paying all costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, and we confirm it meets our criteria, we will process the refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
